Zehnai Living
A residential website concept exploring warm terracotta, expressive typography, and immersive room transitions. A reference-based Next.js adaptation, not a commissioned property website.
A useful product needs a clear operating idea.
The brief was to preserve the visual rhythm and interactions of the 21Oaks reference while adapting its identity for a Zehnai showcase. A broad redesign moved away from the intended direction; the accepted approach kept the original composition and changed the palette and context.
We migrated the reference landing-page sections into Next.js, retained its imagery and animation libraries, and adapted the colors, names, links, and location copy. This is an implementation and adaptation study. The original design and imagery come from 21Oaks, whose website credits Artemii Lebedev; it is not presented as an independently designed client commission.
Controlled visual adaptation
Terracotta accents and soft ivory surfaces replace lavender while preserving the established layout, Exposure typography, room photography, and scroll sequences.
Interactions checked in context
Desktop and mobile browser checks covered room selection, navigation, local anchors, and horizontal overflow. The build passed; these checks are not a claim of testing every physical device.
A clear concept boundary
The demo uses illustrative spaces and rates, concept perspectives, and local navigation instead of the original property booking links. It does not offer real apartments or process rental applications.
